Where are Zephyr Grey pieces made?

All Zephyr Grey pieces are handmade in a women-owned production house on the beautiful island of Bali, Indonesia. Some of our chains are made in Italy.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Refunds and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is in new condition or has a noticeable defect upon arrival (if this is the case, an email must be sent to us within 3 days of receipt). If you are simply unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at shop@zephyrgrey.com with the subject line “Refund”. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
